Product Overview:
Schmiedmann S-Tech sport manifolds are a proven upgrade for BMW inline 6 engines, offering improved exhaust flow, better throttle response, and solid performance gains at a fraction of the cost of competing options.

Constructed from 304 stainless steel runners with a durable mild steel flange, these headers are built to handle both street and track use. Manufactured in Germany.

Key Features:

• Direct bolt-on to factory midpipe (E36 & Z3 6-cylinder models)
• Retains emissions equipment on OBD1 E36 models
• High-quality stainless steel construction
• No welding required
• Compatible with both manual and automatic vehicles (LHD ONLY)
• These headers do not remove any catalytic converters from the vehicle. These are designed to keep the factory catalytic converters and midpipe.
• Not CARB Certified. For race/off-road use ONLY!

Installation Notes:

• Approx. install time: 3.5–4.5 hours
• Schmiedmann recommends minor engine block clearancing for optimal fit, though in our experience, this is not always required due to casting variations, but should be expected for best results.
